Refunds + Returns

We want you to love your purchase so we’ve provided detailed colour and size charts for your review. Please choose carefully as we will only offer a refund if the item delivered is faulty or unlike the item advertised. Specials and/or sale items will not be refunded, however, if you are truly unhappy with your purchase, we can provide a store credit. Returns will only be accepted upon our authorisation. Please email us at customerservice@arohalangley.com to arrange.

Returned items must be in brand new condition with all garment tags attached and must not have any signs of damage. We will refuse returns on items where these conditions have not been met.

All approved returns will be free of charge to you. We will send you a reference number for item delivery.
